We are a shop-restaurant. We're all about truffles. Truffle-oil, -balsamic, -cream, -butter, -salt ... We make everything ourselves. In the small restaurant we offer: - Orange salmon, dome of truffled goose liver, ... - Salad bouguet with lots and "truffles" - Soups: Onion, lobster, potato ginger, pumpkin - Raclette with additional prawns, snails or scallops
